Phil Foam 408 is a soft, grey, non-greasing, pliable backer rod, with an impervious outer skin used as a backing for elastomeric and other cold-applied sealants. Phil Foam 408 controls the depth of the applied sealants and ensures cross-sectional glass configuration.
